dolcedeleche: (This is my Pico she's an idiot)
As an infant, before she could walk, talk, or process anything around her, Dolce held the hand of a ghost, and they have been together ever since.

Pico is the lens through which Dolce perceives half of the world. She is the straight-man to Pico's bubbly enthusiasm and jokes.

In Rune Factory 4 (canon!) they cannot separate or Pico would risk disintegrating into nothingness.

When Dolce agreed to become a guardian for Ventuswill, Pico stayed by her side for 400-ish+ years! Even for a ghost, that's a long long time!

Pico is the only reason Dolce generally interacts with others, and it is almost because of this that Pico works extra hard to be friendly on Dolce's behalf.

It is marginally impossible to play Dolce without Pico, because she literally never learned how to talk to people without her.

Pico is normally a ghost, who is used to being invisible and incorporeal at whim, and only becoming visible to interact on behalf of Dolce.

AVALON:

Pico has been made solid and living here, and because of the month Pico was in Avalon without Dolce, Dolce is 20x times more protective, and Pico is 100x clingier.

To SOME degree you can interact with one and not the other, but for the most part, it's always going to be a two-for, and for that I'm sorry. YOU CAN POST HERE IF YOU DO NOT WANT THIS! We do look for permissions when it comes to threadjumping, but here is also an opt-out as you please!

For comedic effect: Dolce would not normally tell people that Pico is around, after all, she's used to Pico being an invisible ghost who shows up without warning. Even now, Pico is only a couple feet tall, so she can escape notice, especially if she's hiding behind Dolce.

Thanks for reading!
